- Industrial Housing Towers (Towers 14, 15, 20, 21): These 4 workforce towers offer 106 total floors, rising 23 to 30 upper floors above ground and basement levels.
- Commercial Offices (Towers 04, 25, 26, 27): These 4 WTC-branded office towers feature 4 basements, a ground floor, and 18 upper floors.
- Hospitality and Convention (Towers 01 & 02): Tower 01 holds a 500-room hotel across 20 upper floors. Tower 02 offers a 4-story convention center.
- Retail and Entertainment (Tower 03): The shopping mall spans 5 upper floors over 4 basements and houses a 6-screen cinema.
- Institutional Buildings: Tower 13 serves as a 6-story school for 1,800 students. Tower 22 works as an 8-story, 300-bed hospital.
- Industrial & Logistics (Towers 16 to 19): This section holds a warehouse, two 6-story factory buildings, and a 7-story data center.
- Parking Structures: Two multi-level parking garages (MLCP 01 and MLCP 02) feature 6 upper floors and 4 basements each.
